Our Challenge

We create masterpieces by blending art and quality with meticulously selected materials of the highest caliber, reflecting an unwavering commitment to artisanal excellence.

From the sleek stainless steel to the versatility of aluminum, we demonstrate an unwavering commitment to quality. We explore the dimensions of glass and acrylic, bringing sculptures to life that play with transparency and light. The warmth of wood, the resilience of leather, and the modernity of rubber complement each other to create unique pieces.

Stainless steel imparts timeless elegance, while aluminum offers contemporary versatility, elevating each material to its artistic zenith. Across these materials, we employ various gauges, ranging from 1.5mm to 6.35mm, maintaining the careful and meticulous approach required for each. Adapting to the complications and demands of each metal, we combine dimensions, gauges, and scales precisely in the cutting and welding assembly to shape the material optimally and achieve the perfect finish, ensuring that each piece approaches perfection.

The wood, carefully chosen from varieties like pine, zapán, and teak, undergoes a meticulous treatment. This process includes oven drying and immunization, enhancing its natural beauty. In the creation of humidors, we use exquisite woods such as black or white cedar, providing a truly unique sensory experience. Each finish is crafted by hand, taking into account the specific requirements for each piece and the treatment required for each type of wood.

Paint is a palette that breathes life into our creations. Utilizing techniques like catalyzed paint, polyurethane, polyester, and specialized primer, each piece becomes a masterpiece of color and texture. Precision in application and the selection of high-quality paints are fundamental elements ensuring durability and visual expressiveness.

Our mechanisms, crafted with delicately selected brass and copper, embody the synergy of engineering and art. The precise assembly and electronic programming intertwine to create pieces that are not only visually striking but also functional, fulfilling our commitment to surpass the expectations of aficionados of our creations.
